Q: Are any color combination offered in all-purpose pads also offered in dressage pads?

A: Yes, we can make pretty much any color pad in either style. Contact me at Beth@collegetack.com to discuss your school colors

Q: What if we don't have a logo to put on saddle pads in our school colors?

A: That's no problem at all! We've created logos for many schools; in fact, most of our customers don't have a logo for their saddle pads until they contact us. What we do is search your school website's athletic department for their most popular logo and then "equestrify" it, so to speak. We're created logos for UConn, West Point, UVM, ECU and others.

Q. I really like your saddle pads but we can’t afford them. Do you have any suggestions?

A: Aside from the embroidered saddle pads, we offer schooling pads as well for very competitive prices!   Many times we can get schooling pads in your school colors for the same price as any other schooling pad. Our two-colored saddle pads (body color and piping) are $29.95, a great price for schooling pads! While you're at it, think about polos to match!

Q: Can students buy them for themselves?

A: Absolutely! We can even embroider their name and/or grad year on it. Or some people want their horse's name embroidered on the saddle pad. We ask that the first student order be at least 12 in order for us to set up the logo and embroidery, but after that you can order any number you want as often as you want!

Q: Once I've placed my order, how long will it take for me to recieve my shipment?

A: For the first order it could take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on if you already have a logo, or if you want us to create it and setting up the logo to be embroidered takes a few days. After we have your logo set up and in our system, we will get any orders to you within one week.

Q: What is the coach login for?

A: Once a coach contacts me I will give them a username and password to login with. This gives them access to a discounted catalog. This is just a way for us to help out intercollegiate teams. When a student purchases our products from the non-discounted catalog, the difference in price goes into their equestrian program. Our goal is to build a business that actually benefits the programs financially.
